Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your site. If you are not, we make it easy to get your money back.
14-day full refund
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of claiming your site, email us and we will give you a full refund of the claim fee. You do not need to explain why. We just want it to be fair.
How to request one
Send a message to hello@easywebsitescheap.com from the email you used to claim your site, and tell us you would like a refund. A person will handle it and confirm when it is done.
What happens to your site
When you take a refund, we stop hosting the site we built for you. If you set the site up on your own web address, that address is still yours to keep.
Questions first
If something about your site is not right, reach out before you decide. Often a quick edit fixes it, and we are glad to make the change.
