These terms cover your use of Easy Websites Cheap and the website we build for your business. By claiming a site with us, you agree to what is written here. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we do
We build a finished website for your business, and we show it to you before you decide. You review it, and you only keep it if you want it. When you claim your site, you pay a one-time fee to make it yours. There is no contract and no long-term commitment.
Hosting and support
We host your site so it stays online, and we handle edits for you. When you want a change, you send us a message and we make it. Support is handled by a real person, not a form you have to learn.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give us, such as your name, services, hours, and photos. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos or text you send us. If something on your site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Acceptable use
Please do not use your site for anything unlawful or misleading. We may decline or remove content that breaks the law or puts your visitors at risk.
Payments and refunds
The claim fee is a one-time charge. If you are not satisfied, see our refund policy. Hosting keeps your site online as described when you claim it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we will post the new version here with a fresh date at the top.
